Inspecting Equipment

To inspect an item of equipment, please find the equipment by either scanning the barcode or using the steps described in this help document.

Now do the following.

1. Press “Inspect Now”
2. Fill out the Certificate number field or use the certificate number that has been allocated.
3. Fill out the inspection criteria.
4. Add any attachments using the “Add attachment” button
5. Click “Save”
6. Select a status.
7. Add any comments or select comments from a list using the Magnifying glass button.
8. Press “Save”
